Visitor Request Form is a detailed informative form we have prepared so that we can serve better. We kindly ask you to fill in this form for us to be able to better organize your visit to our university at least ten (10) days prior to your proposed visit. Through this form, we obtain the necessary information as to who you would like to meet at our university, the delegates of your visiting group and the purpose of your visit.
